How can I recharge my mobile?

In order to avail the services provided you with by aresnpay, need to register first by filling inquiry form or by calling customer support.

What to do If my account has been debited but not got recharge?

If account is debited and recharge is not received in the customer mobile number i.e recharge showing success but not received, mark it dispute and same will be refunded within 72 hours of time from the time of dispute.

How can I recharge from my User Balance?

User Balance is your virtual/actual balance against payment made by you in the company account, is used to avail the services offered by Aresnpay.in

Would I get Refund for my Online User Balance?

Once you receive the balance or existing balance in your wallet against your payment will not be refunded in cash or would be transferred in bank by Aresnpay, you are requested to use the same by availing the services offered by Aresnpay.

Whom to contact if my money has been debited, not got recharge or amount not added to my User Balance?

If money got debited and services not availed against same, mark it dispute or contact Customer Care.

Can I do recharge by SMS?

Yes, you can recharge by sending sms (Recharge Format) on the mobile number (LONGCODE) provided you with by Aresnpay sms charge/sms tariff would be applied on transaction.

I want to transfer fund through net banking for wallet Top Up is it possible?

Yes, you can transfer amount to top up your wallet. All time transfer amount with matching your id last 2 digests. Example-if your id is xxxx54 than all time your transfer amount will be xxx54, xx54, xxxx54.

How to become Online Distributor/Retailer?

To become Distributor/Retailer , fill the enquiry form or contact customer support or sales team.

Are there any extra fees that apply to mobile recharges?

Yes to avail the service there is a service charge and same is non refundable.

I want to change my registered Mobile number to other number. Is it Possible?

Yes, you can do this. For this purpose Mail from your retailer id or call at aresnpay help line through registered sim. This is chargeable 100/-

What is the calling rate that will apply to my Mobile Recharge beneficiary?

Calling Rate for recharge beneficiary would be same provided by mobile (telecom) operator.
